Applications and Registration

Applications include:

• Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 Application
• Traditional Transfer Application: Kinder - 6th grade
• Two-Way Dual Language Application: Kinder - 5th grade
  • Student must already be enrolled in dual language for 1st - 5th grade
• Magnet Applications: 4th - 8th grade
  • Open in November each year

Documents Required For Registration

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Residency:
  • Lease or Mortgage agreement
  • Water, Gas, or Electricity Bill
  • MUST SHOW PARENT/GUARDIAN NAME
• Copy of Report Card from Previous School

Child must be 4 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year to qualify for Pre-Kindergarten.

Child must be 5 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year to qualify for Kindergarten.

• Registro de inmunización
• Tarjeta de seguro social
• Prueba de residencia:
  • Arrendamiento
  • Factura de luz o agua
  • Debe de mostrar el nombre de los padres/Guardianes
• Copia de tarjeta de calificaciones de la escuela anterior

Niño debe de tener 4 años en o antes del primero de Septiembre 1st del presente año escolar para calificar paraPre-K.

Niño debe de tener 5 años en o antes del primero de Septiembre 1st del presente año escolar para calificar para Kinder.
